Location: Aleria Villa is located in Mesaria, a traditional village in the center of Santorini island, approximately 2 km away from the capital town of the island, Fira. Built on a farm in 2002 with a view to the eastern Aegean and the island of Anafi, it is enough to steal your heart and mind.

Experience Indoor: The 250 sq. m. home has an open plan living area with a cozy lounging space, a dining area, and a high-end fully equipped kitchen. Comfortably sleeping 10 persons, there are four main bedrooms and a loft, all equipped with a double bed. The villa contains three bathrooms, two of them equipped with a bath, and one with a shower. It also includes all the amenities appropriate for a luxury and high-quality vacation, such as hot water, television, Wi-Fi, hi-fi, alarm, air conditioning, daily housekeeping, barbecue, and two fireplaces (for the winter).

Experience Outdoor: Outdoors, the beautiful and spacious landscape with the sparkling internal pool leads you to an atmosphere of the eternal Hellenic blue in its grace, overlooking the sea of the Eastern Aegean. While making it impossible to resist relaxing moments under the sun enjoying a refreshing drink, you can also indulge in a delicious meal in the outdoor sitting area. One of the main advantages of the villa is the way the sun and its luminous train cover it from sunrise till dawn.

Surroundings: The villa is situated in an area where one can combine the perfect and relaxing atmosphere of the countryside with the pleasure of enjoying the wonderful and full of options life the island has to offer. Choosing either through a quiet road or a beautiful path, the village of Mesaria is only a 3-minute walk. The several blue and white chapels with the bell towers and the traditional white homes shine like precious gems in the splendid sunlight, making it an ideal place for a stroll and taking pictures. Archontiko Argyros is one of the must-sees. It is a beautiful museum with neoclassical architecture where one can explore the life of Santorini’s rich families, usually landowners of the wineries, back in the 19th century. Fira, being only 5 minutes away, occupies the center of the ultimate Santorinian lifestyle with its breathtaking caldera, restaurants, coffee and souvenir shops, fashion stores, clubs, and art galleries.
